vCustomer Relies On Equant to Connect Web-enabled Global Contact Centers

eService Solutions Delivered via Equant's Network to Global Contact

Centers in Seattle, WA, and New Delhi and Bombay, India

Equant (NYSE: ENT) (Paris Bourse: EQU) today announced it has signed a contract to provide data services connecting vCustomer Corporation's web-enabled Global Contact Centers in India and the United States.

vCustomer will leverage Equant's network capacity to Asia to deliver customer support and information technology services from its Global Contact Centers in New Delhi and Bombay, India and Seattle, WA.

Using Equant's service, vCustomer will be able to deploy electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) technologies such as e-mail management and live chat.

The redundancy and low latency of Equant's network will enable vCustomer to provide reliable eService solutions to its customers at significant cost savings.
