The partnership will couple ICC's supply-chain connectivity and Value Added Network, ICC.NET, with Verian Technologies' e-procurement service, ProcureIT. The combination of these services will allow Verian Technologies to present its customers with a complete product offering that incorporates an Internet-based EDI exchange component.
