One Network Data Services Joins Cable & Wireless' Enhanced Solutions Provider Program; Initiative Allows One Network Data Services to Offer Expanded Internet Services to Customers

One Network Data Services, an Internet Based Transaction Processing and Data Services company is focused on providing paperless solutions for companies engaged in eCommerce, announced today that it joined the Cable & Wireless (NYSE: CWP) Enhanced Solutions Provider (ESP) program.
The program allows One Network Data Services to offer customers its back-office transaction processing and data services, electronic billing (BillSpan) and automated settlement (EBASS) in the B2B, B2C, G2C and G2B arena, prepaid gift cards and loyalty cards along with Cable & Wireless' extensive menu of data and Internet services - including dedicated Internet access, web hosting, DSL, IP-based Virtual Private Networking (VPN), and Virtual ISP services - using Cable & Wireless' premier Tier 1 backbone.
Cable & Wireless, a leading global provider of Internet, data, voice and messaging solutions, recently introduced the company's innovative new Enhanced Solutions Provider Program, an initiative that is establishing a network of service providers that will act as a source of one-stop-shopping for businesses.
The ultimate result of participating in the unique program, says Tom Cannon, President and CEO, is that One Network Data Services clients will receive exactly the comprehensive network solutions they need.

One Network Data Services was founded in 1998 and expanded to Asia with a new operations center that opened in October 2000. Other openings are planned in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lampur and Tokyo and Taipei by the second quarter of 2001. On October 3, 2000, Tom Cannon, President and CEO, announced the commencement of preliminary discussions with One Network Data Services' first platform in South America, and anticipated releasing details by year end 2000, for the commencement in the first quarter of 2001. One Network Data Services has been named a Preferred Services Provider by Verifone, Hewlett Packard, Standard Register and EximSoft.
The introduction of this alliance program maximizes the availability of Cable & Wireless' expanding portfolio of data and Internet services while creating an easier way for One Network Data Services customers to order Internet-based services. Cable & Wireless provides U.S. businesses with a wide range of data and Internet services including, digital subscriber line (DSL) services; web hosting services; IP-based VPN and Managed Firewall (MFW) services; dedicated Internet access; and Virtual ISP, a private label service that allows businesses and other organizations to market and sell Internet Service - under their own company names - using Cable & Wireless' Tier 1 backbone and network maintenance.
