Learnsoft Corp. Division to Build Custom Management Education

Programs and Provide Learning Systems Software

Learnsoft Corporation (CDNX:LT.), best known as the owner and operator of the Internet-based Lansbridge University, is today announcing the launch of its Learnsoft Solutions division, which will address the growing demand by corporations and public organizations for online management education content adapted to their own unique work requirements.

Learnsoft Solutions is building on its solid foundation as the platform provider to Lansbridge University - the world's first private online university, which offers an Internet-based Executive Master of Business Administration and a regular online Master of Business Administration. Now, Learnsoft Solutions will provide external organizations with a comprehensive, adaptable, one-stop service for online management education.

"We have dedicated half of the company's resources to making sure that Learnsoft Solutions is successful," said Michael Gaffney, president and CEO of Learnsoft Corp. "We believe that this new division has significant growth potential because of our innovative mix of high quality educational content, our state-of-the art online learning platform, and our ability to provide ongoing service to our customers."

"The customized management education market is huge because organizations are realizing that being competitive and successful in our fast-paced economy requires management and staff to constantly renew themselves," said David Sigler, president of Learnsoft Solutions. "Customized online learning is the best way to achieve that renewal in today's ever-changing global marketplace."

With Learnsoft Solutions, organizations can choose the type of online management education program they want, from individual courses on topics such as financial accounting or business strategy, to an entire university-based management certificate program. Learnsoft Solutions will work with organizations to design and sustain effective management education programs by providing content and software development, as well as a range of online learning and in-class professional services.

Customers can inject their own case studies and context to the content, and can determine the method of delivery. Organizations are able to select Learnsoft Solutions as the application service provider or have the learning platform installed on their own site. For maximum effectiveness, Learnsoft Solutions can offer bricks and clicks programs - combining online learning with live classroom-based sessions.

Learnsoft Solutions has begun to partner with various content providers who contribute their specialized knowledge to the management programs. So far, these companies include Supply Training International (which Learnsoft co-owns with PMMS Consulting Group), Strategic Action Group, and Ottawa-based startup Management Vitality.
