Internet portal iWon(SM) (www.iWon.com), an industry success story with an award winning search and No. 1 user site and feature satisfaction rating (NPD Search and Portal Tracking Study), announced its alliance with Learn2.com (Nasdaq: LTWO), a leading learning service provider that creates and deploys engaging multimedia learning solutions for corporate, government and individual clients.

iWon will integrate Learn2.com's proprietary Learn2Guide(TM) technology to introduce "iGuy", iWon's animated guide. iGuy will provide iWon users with interactive site tours, help users customize iWon and make it their homepage, and allow users to learn more about iWon's new 3-tiered Refer-A-Friend Program. iGuy will make the iWon Web site more interactive, easy and fun.
iWon will feature a co-branded "Learning Store " from Learn2.com, which will provide over 1,400 online multimedia courses on subjects ranging from learning Microsoft(R) Word, Excel and Quicken to Adobe Photoshop. In addition, Learn2's step-by-step tutorials will be integrated into the travel, auto and food & drink channels on the iWon site.
