Netigy Corp. announced today that Eric Greenberg has joined its board of directors. Greenberg is chairman emeritus and founder of Scient Corp. (Nasdaq:SCNT), and co-chairman and co-CEO of 12 Entrepreneuring, Inc., an operating company in San Francisco and New York.
"I am excited to work with a great management team to address a tremendous market need for networking and infrastructure services," said Eric Greenberg. "This company has the potential to be the undisputed market leader."

I look forward to working with Eric as we continue to build the next great global services organization."
