Medialink Adds New Corporate Board Member; Alain Schibl of Union Bancaire Privee of Geneva Joins Board

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 2000

Medialink Worldwide Incorporated (Nasdaq:MDLK) today announced that Alain Schibl, Managing Director of Union Bancaire Privee of Geneva, Switzerland, has joined its corporate board.

Schibl, 34, serves as Global Head of Capital Markets and is based in the bank's London offices.

Medialink is the world's largest provider of creative video and audio production and distribution services to corporations seeking to convey their news via streaming media on the Internet as well as television and radio.

Schibl, a graduate of "Ecole superieur de commerce" of Lausanne, and certified in securities trading by the University of Lausanne, is a native of Lausanne, and resides in London. He began his professional career at Caisse d'Epargne et de Credit, Geneva, moving on to Warburg Dillon Read before joining Union Bank Privee in Geneva.
