(Nasdaq:CLKS), the open e-Learning Network, today announced a partnership with Centra (Nasdaq:CTRA), a leading provider of application software and ASP services for live e-Learning and Internet business collaboration, to integrate Centra's Symposium(TM) into click2learn's Ingenium(TM) learning management system (LMS).

The partnership will enable Ingenium's approximately 4 million users to access a complete Web-based virtual classroom solution for traditional instructor-led training and e-Learning initiatives, including live e-Learning events.

Through the partnership, Centra Symposium will be integrated into Ingenium so that Centra Events can be scheduled and managed from the one central interface. Synchronous learning events will be available to learners through Ingenium's training catalog and accessible through the Ingenium Web Connect interface. Learners will be able to register through a single logon, increasing the ease of use for corporate learning initiatives.

Ingenium delivers advanced features for e-Learning and instructor-led management, skills and competency management, as well as seamless integration with click2learn's e-Learning Network for access to best-of-breed content.
