OutlookSoft expands its marketing and business development capabilities; VP appointments round out rapidly growing team

OutlookSoft Corporation (www.outlooksoft.com), a leading provider of web-based business analytic applications and professional services, today announced the appointments of Richard Rosen, vice president of business development, and Stephen Kratz, vice president of marketing. Eric Montgomery, vice president of sales and marketing, continues in his role as vice president of sales.
Richard Rosen brings 27 years of experience in business development and sales to OutlookSoft. Most recently, he was director of sales for Alleon, a start-up division of Global Management Information Systems Incorporated, which provides planning and budgeting solutions to Fortune 100 companies. At Alleon, he exceeded sales goals by 260 percent and established strategic relationships with leading technology organizations. Before that, Rosen was district manager for Adaytum Software Corporation, where he exceeded sales goals by 285 percent and penetrated key accounts.
In his role as OutlookSoft's vice president of business development, Rosen leads an experienced team in advancing partnerships and initiating key alliances to strengthen the company's position in the analytic applications marketplace. Rosen also focuses on identifying new business opportunities for the company and assisting in the sales effort.
Stephen Kratz brings 34 years of marketing and sales experience with top-tier software and technology companies to his new post. As vice president of marketing for TACT, an end-to-end services provider, Kratz initiated strategic alliances with key Internet software vendors, including IBM and Microsoft. Before that, he was vice president of sales and marketing for StarQuest Software, a provider of Internet infrastructure solutions that link IBM enterprise customers to the Web. At StarQuest, Kratz's leadership helped to increase sales by 100 percent.
Kratz, who joins the company on October 2, will launch a high-profile marketing effort for OutlookSoft's Manager's Analytic Portal (MAP(TM)) platform and Everest, its web-based enterprise budgeting and performance analysis application. He also will oversee the company's strategic marketing and public relations efforts to position OutlookSoft as the leading provider of web-based solutions for financial performance management.
