Vitria and Niku Sign Worldwide OEM Agreement to Provide Complete eBusiness Automation Solution for the Professional Services Market

Vitria Technology (Nasdaq:VITR) and Niku Corporation (Nasdaq:NIKU) today announced a agreement to embed BusinessWare within Niku's Services solution. Niku, the leading provider of Internet solutions for the sourcing, management and delivery of professional services, will embed Vitria BusinessWare in its product lines to deliver end-to-end professional services automation. BusinessWare is the leading ebusiness platform that allows companies to automate both internal and external business processes in real-time.
With this agreement, companies with professional services automation needs will now have one-stop shopping for their ebusiness. The integration of BusinessWare in the product line will enable Niku's products with world-class workflow and process automation, thereby providing seamless integration with applications throughout a business' enterprise.
