Deloitte Consulting and Art Technology Group Announce Strategic Alliance to Offer Rapid Implementation of Customer-Focused Solutions

Alliance to Enable Global 1000 to Maximize Lifetime Value
of Online Customers
Deloitte Consulting, one of the world's leading e-Business consulting firms, and Art Technology Group, Inc. ("ATG") (Nasdaq: ARTG), a leading provider of online customer relationship management and electronic commerce products, announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance to offer e-Business solutions to Global 1000 companies based on the ATG Dynamo(R) e-Business Platform.
Deloitte Consulting and ATG will jointly deliver customer-focused solutions that leverage ATG Dynamo's J2EE(TM)-certified application platform and 100% Java-based customer management applications. Tapping the power of ATG Dynamo, companies can maximize the lifetime value of online customer relationships to quickly achieve more effective business results.
As part of the alliance, Deloitte Consulting currently plans to:
--Develop ATG Dynamo solutions in their global network of
Solutions Centers
--Train as many as 300 professionals to deliver ATG Dynamo
solutions
--Develop a proprietary ATG Rapid Implementation Framework
--Develop ATG Dynamo solutions for key vertical markets
Additionally, ATG will support Deloitte Consulting's ATG Dynamo solutions practice and work together on joint sales efforts.
