Fitch Withdraws Ratings On Merrill Lynch Money Market Funds

At the request of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), Fitch withdraws the `AAA/V1 ' ratings on the following funds:

-- Merrill Lynch Institutional Fund

-- Merrill Lynch Premier Institutional Fund

-- Merrill Lynch Rated Institutional Fund

-- Merrill Lynch Government Fund

-- Merrill Lynch Treasury Fund
