SensArray Appoints Jeff Parker as CIO, Building Information Technology Team; Additional Team Appointment Further Strengthens Technical Infrastructure Group

SensArray(R)Corporation, a leading provider of world-class thermal measurement solutions for semiconductor fabrication, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Parker as chief information officer. Mr. Parker will report to Wayne Renken, president and CEO of SensArray. In Mr. Parker's first directive, he announced the appointment of Brian Paquette to director of Information Technology, reporting to Mr. Parker.
"Mr. Parker's extensive career includes 16 years in the information technology sector, 10 of those years spent with SensArray and its products, giving him an intimate knowledge of how the advent and implementation of technological systems will improve internal processes and streamline business operations," said Wayne Renken, president and CEO of SensArray. "Mr. Parker and his team are focused on managing company-wide information that will help us achieve our business goals and continue to deliver the best solutions to our customers."
As CIO, Mr. Parker is tasked with building the information technology group to support the development and implementation of company-wide e-business capabilities. As SensArray grows and expands its global presence, the need arises for better internal and customer information management between Asia, Europe and U.S. facilities. Mr. Parker's information management vision will ultimately improve SensArray's operations, customer satisfaction and productivity while supporting business growth.
Mr. Parker's SensArray experience includes roles as chief architect of the first Thermal Map Software and Wafer Calibration System Software and vice president of systems engineering. Prior to joining SensArray as CIO, Mr. Parker managed his own systems integration business. He was also a member of the LabView development team at National Instruments. Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Charged with handling the operation of SensArray's information infrastructure is Mr. Paquette, director of information technology. Mr. Paquette is responsible for architecture, design and oversight of the networking infrastructure, supervising IT user education and supporting the development of SensArray's new business tools by providing the solid foundation upon which they will be built.
Mr. Paquette has more than 17 years of computing and programming experience; nine of which is directly related to SensArray. Mr. Paquette was instrumental in developing the Thermal Track products, managing network infrastructure throughout that time and providing architecture advice and troubleshooting assistance. He was also responsible for product development, writing software, system debugging and handling project management in the SensArray Systems Division.
Prior to SensArray, Mr. Paquette worked in the calibration lab at SEMATECH and held positions at Metric Systems, creating custom contract software in the data acquisition and automation fields.
