Workbrain Inc., the leading provider of Employee Relationship Management (ERM) solutions, announced today that its solution will be implemented by Russell Corporation (NYSE: RML), the international apparel company specializing in activewear, casualwear and athletic uniforms. Russell chose Workbrain to help the company achieve significant cost savings through increased workplace productivity and employee satisfaction.

Employees will be able to access the Workbrain solution both at work via kiosks and later at home through computers. They will be able to view their benefits and work schedules, bid on preferred jobs and request and track their vacation schedules. "We believe the solution will enhance interaction between employees and managers, create a greater sense of community and loyalty within the organization and allow managers to measure workplace performance," Porter added.
