The Board of Directors of Century Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CENB), the parent holding company for Home Savings, Inc., SSB, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share payable May 14, 2001 to stockholders of record April 30, 2001.
Century Bancorp, Inc. is traded on the NASDAQ Small-Cap Market under the symbol "CENB".
