BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 24, 2001
Aris Corporation (Nasdaq:ARSC), a global eBusiness and enterprise application solutions provider, today announced the formation of an alliance with Seeristic.
Seeristic provides a range of add-on products that assist with the creation of Oracle-based custom applications. This alliance pairs software from Seeristic with services from Aris, enabling Aris to incorporate and customize pre-defined templates and application objects provided by Seeristic into its custom development methodology.
"Seeristic's software will extend our proprietary 4D custom application development methodology, enabling us to maintain our focus on implementing customer's real business issues and spend less time on reinventing the wheel by using pre-defined application objects," said Kendall Kunz, CEO for Aris Corporation.
Scott Hollows, Managing Director of Seeristic commented, "We have worked with Aris on an unofficial basis in the past and have been impressed with the extensive knowledge of their consultants. We are happy to formalize this relationship with a stronger alliance."
Seeristic's product range includes DesignAssist -- a template, library and utility package for Oracle Designer and Oracle Forms; PowerUser -- navigation extensions to Oracle Forms' applications; and Guardian -- a security and business rules engine that allows for the dynamic definition and enforcement of data validation rules. This suite reduces the time and effort required to create and maintain applications by automating complex tasks throughout the life cycle of Oracle-based custom development projects.
