Agreement Made to Provide Software Inspection Service to
DevelopOnline Users
Reasoning, Inc., the first development environment service provider (DESP) to offer automated software inspection services, today announced that it will propose that the Embedded Linux Consortium develop best practices guidelines on testing open source embedded software at its Technical Interests Forum at Embedded Systems Conference in San Francisco next week. Lawrence Markosian, Reasoning's senior product manager, will offer the proposal to the consortium's forum on Monday, April 9, which will be led by David Mandala, CTO of DevelopOnLine.com. Following the forum, Reasoning, a founding member of the Embedded Linux Consortium, is co-sponsoring the consortium's member reception and first annual meeting.
During the conference, Reasoning will also announce its agreement with DevelopOnline under which Reasoning will provide its automated software inspection service to DevelopOnline users.
