On August 9th 2001, International Smart Sourcing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISMT), formerly known as Chinab2bsourcing.com, Inc. (The "Company") received notice that it would be delisted from the NASDAQ Small Cap Market, effective at the opening of business on August 17th 2001.
The company is being delisted due to its failure to meet the minimum listing requirements regarding minimum shareholders of record and stockholders' equity. The Company will be listed on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board.
The Company specializes in assisting companies to substantially reduce their cost of manufacturing by outsourcing all or part of their manufacturing to China. Its services include project management, source selection, engineering coordination, quality assurance, and logistics.
