Acer Sertek Becomes Strategic Reseller and Customer of Vitria; Leading Taiwanese System Integrator to Deliver Vitria Solutions to the East Asian Market

Acer Sertek, a leading systems integrator for the greater Chinese market with over $600 million in annual sales, today announced it has become a strategic partner of Vitria (Nasdaq:VITR), a leading integration server provider. Under the agreement, Acer Sertek will become a strategic reseller of Vitria's integration server to the East Asian market. Acer Sertek has also internally purchased Vitria to serve as the integration backbone behind the company's RosettaNet B2B transactions. RosettaNet is a protocol for the manufacturing community.
