Score One, Inc. (OTCBB:SCRO) announced today that it expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2001, with the Securities and Exchange Commission as soon as possible.
The Company's primary operations are located in the People's Republic of China and it needs additional time to complete its financials. The Company apologizes to its investors for this delay.
The Company anticipates that an "E" may be appended to its trading symbol as a result of this brief delay in filing its Quarterly Report. The Company also anticipates that if an "E" is appended to its trading symbol, the "E" will be promptly removed immediately following the Company's filing of its Quarterly Report with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
