Natus Medical Announces Exercise of IPO Over-Allotment Option

SAN CARLOS, Calif.--(BW HealthWire)--Aug. 24, 2001
Natus Medical Inc. ("Natus") (Nasdaq:BABY) today announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering, led by Dain Rauscher Wessels, First Union Securities and Adams, Harkness & Hill, have exercised in full the over-allotment option to purchase 750,000 additional shares of the company's common stock.
Natus granted this option in connection with its initial public offering. The closing with respect to the option shares took place on Aug. 17, 2001.
On July 25, 2001, Natus completed an initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at $11 per share. The shares were offered through underwriters led by Dain Rauscher Wessels, First Union Securities and Adams, Harkness & Hill.
