SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 2001
A lawsuit was filed today in the US District Court - Western District of Wisconsin - against Bobby Knight on behalf of Thomas Mikunda. The lawsuit arises from injuries Mr. Mikunda sustained while on a hunting trip with Mr. Knight in 1999.
Mr. Mikunda's attorney, Robert S. Arns of The Arns Law Firm in San Francisco will be making no public comment, nor holding any press conference concerning this matter to maintain Mr. Mikunda's privacy. On the other hand, if Mr. Knight makes public comments about this case, Mr. Arns will respond appropriately.
