New Reseller Alliance Between EuroTrust and CSC Denmark Also

Makes CSC a EuroTrust Customer

EuroTrust A/S (Nasdaq:EURO) today announced it has entered into a reseller alliance with CSC Denmark A/S that allows Computer Sciences Corp. to re-sell EuroTrust's digital signature and digital certificate technology to CSC customers throughout Europe.

Under terms of the agreement, CSC Denmark will also begin internal use of EuroTrust's market-leading PKI-platform (public key infrastructure) to provide CSC with a higher level of communication security through EuroTrust's digital signatures and digital certificates.

According to both companies, all future implementations of PKI security solutions by CSC in Europe will be based solely upon EuroTrust's PKI-platform.

"This relationship with EuroTrust allows Computer Sciences Corp., the market's leading systems integrator, the opportunity to integrate digital certificates into our line of e-security offerings," said Jess J. Ibsen, CSC Denmark's director of managed Web services.

"Our alliance with EuroTrust places CSC in a unique position as the only company among the large system integrators in Denmark to offer the digital signature and digital certificate technology that fulfills all European standards."

CSC has more than 800 offices worldwide and provides a variety of Information Technology products and services to customers around the globe. As part of its relationship with EuroTrust, CSC has purchased from EuroTrust VeriSign's Onsite platform for internal use at CSC and to secure personal communication over the Internet by using digital signatures and to encrypt and sign all outgoing e-mail messages.

The Onsite product also gives CSC the ability to build encryption and the use of digital signatures into its Web applications, such as CSC's Intranet.

"The focus on digital signatures and server certificates has risen at unprecedented rates, and this alliance underlines the importance that security issues have gained lately," said Brian Mertz Pedersen, chief operating officer of EuroTrust.

"Due to the trends of globalization, public administration and growing security concerns, digitally signed agreements are predicted to become more and more common within a few years.

"This alliance will help to further increase market awareness of PKI solutions and will position EuroTrust and CSC as pioneering providers of digital signatures and PKI-infrastructure throughout Europe.

"In addition, the fact that CSC turned to EuroTrust for these PKI solutions, both for internal and external use, further strengthens our claim as a leading provider of e-security products and services throughout Europe."
