In light of recent developments E-City Software, Inc. (OTCBB:ECTY) feels compelled to clarify its relationship to Connexion By Boeing(SM).

E-City CEO Anis Jessa stated, "We have received a number of inquires regarding our relationship with Connexion by Boeing. We have licensed certain 3D CityMap products to Boeing. We have no present contractual relationship with Boeing. We will keep the market advised as to any future developments."
