CULVER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 2001

Cindy Rakowitz, chairman of RAKNROLL ENTERTAINMENT INC., will be heading up the West coast arm of Mystique Magazine's Modeling Agency effective immediately.

The announcement was made today by Kevin King, marketing director of Mystique Magazine, based in Austin, Texas.

In making the announcement King said, "We contacted Cindy as soon as we read about her resignation from Playboy Enterprises in the trades last Spring. Her experience in public relations, marketing, special events and celebrity management complemented Mystique Magazine's strategic marketing needs for further growth and development."

Mystique Magazine provides a complete entertainment for the connoisseur who loves beautiful women. For most, the experience begins at the company's Web site, where a new edition is published daily, 365 days a year, for the site's 500,000 registered users.

Each daily edition of the site, which began in 1998, features original photos and layouts of new discoveries, as well as the top glamour, pin-up and lingerie models, photographers and artists in the world.

Mystique Magazine.com also features daily news summaries and breaking stories about the world of beautiful women -- everything from Cameron Diaz to Julia Roberts as well as a variety of interactive features popular with the company's subscribers.

Mystique Magazine positions itself between Playboy and Victoria's Secret, on the right side of the morality line. They often find and publish new and upcoming models first, before they appear in movies and other magazines. Mystique is sexier than Victoria's Secret, but not as revealing or explicit as Playboy.

Mark Daughn, Mystique's director of Photography, is one of the top glamour and fashion photographers working today. Daughn's philosophy of creating a sensuous but not explicit image and his unique lighting has elevated Mystique Magazine to the level appreciated most by true connoisseurs of beautiful women. He has been aggressively recruited by most of the top men's and fashion magazines. Daughn has repeatedly turned down these offers because he feels he can express his unique philosophy about glamour and pin-up only with Mystique Magazine.

Rakowitz said: "I'm very excited about being able to elevate the profiles of so many great Mystique Models, such as Tailor James, Katia Corriveau, Linda O'Neil, Jennifer Korbin, Roxanne Galla, Bonnie-Jill Laflin, and colleagues from Playboy, including Carrie Stevens, Anna Marie Goddard, Lisa Marie Scott, Jessica Lee, Echo Johnson, Kalin Olson, Rhonda Adams, Laura Cover and more! Every beautiful model in the business knows Mark Daughn and applauds his talent -- it's a story that everyone should know (particularly established celebrities)!"

Mystique Magazine is owned and privately held by Infinity Studious, Inc., and is based in Austin, Texas, with additional employees based in Houston and Los Angeles.
