ATC Healthcare Submits Application for Listing on The American Stock Exchange

ATC Healthcare, Inc. (OTC BB:ATCHA) today reported that the Company has submitted an application for listing on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX).

ATC Healthcare, presently listed on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board meets many of the criteria for listing on the AMEX. Should the Company require a Special Committee Hearing, it is fully prepared to make a substantive presentation.
