Integrated Circuit Systems Revises Revenue Guidance Up For Q2 Fiscal 2002

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 2001
Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICST) today announced that it revised its revenue guidance upward for the second fiscal quarter ending December 29, 2001.
Reflecting continuing strength in demand for its products in both the PC and games machine markets, the second fiscal quarter revenue is forecasted to increase 5% - 10% compared to the previous quarter versus earlier guidance of a 5% revenue increase.
Cash collections for the quarter have increased as days sales outstanding have declined substantially.
