Alorica Inc.(SM), the world's foremost leader in customer care and support services, today announced it has been awarded a three-year global contract to provide complete customer interaction and support services in 28 countries as well as a three-year licensing agreement for HELIX by Alorica from U.S. Robotics Corp., the world's leading modem provider.
In partnership with U.S. Robotics, Alorica provides a total service solution that includes technical support, customer service, global service logistics and repair services. Alorica manages the process with HELIX by Alorica(TM), an award-winning, Web-based customer relations management (CRM) software that integrates call tracking, e-mail management, logistics and repair services, knowledge management and online reporting throughout the world.
