"Our team has worked night and day to construct a state-of-the-art colocation and network management facility and install more than 30 satisfied customers keeping in line with Inflow's national expectations," said Rick Crutchley, Inflow general manager in Phoenix. "I am very pleased to say that we have established ourselves as the leading IDC in the Phoenix market since our doors opened in July of 2000."
The Phoenix data center is a 20,000 square foot facility, located in the Arizona Republic Building in downtown Phoenix. Inflow was the first tenant in the building, which serves as a cornerstone for the Downtown Technology Exchange.
"Having Inflow as our IT department, we have a reliable and dependable e-business that has witnessed virtually no downtime," said Doug Hall, VP systems operations for Sandbox.com. "Not only does Inflow's monitoring service catch problems before anyone else has time to notice, but the technical staff is able to proactively handle it for me. To top it all off, they bend over backwards with impressive levels of customer service."
Currently, 90 percent of Phoenix's customers utilize InflowNet and 60 percent are currently monitoring their equipment and applications with Inflow's MonitorFlow(TM). Additionally, Inflow's suite of services include load balancing, application and equipment monitoring, managed firewall solutions and data storage.
"Inflow has won our confidence with its high degree of professionalism and comprehensive processes and procedures. Since our installation, we have experienced absolutely no downtime, which is critical to our success," said, Trish Bear, president and chief executive officer of I-ology, Inc.
Inflow's competitive edge has the ability to offer local companies redundant Internet access supported by trained and certified operation technicians and network administrators. The company guarantees 100 percent access to multiple Tier-1 Internet backbone providers through its product called InflowNet(TM).
Locally, Inflow is a member of the Phoenix and Scottsdale Chambers of Commerce and AZSoft, a leading Internet and technology organization. Inflow hosted AZSoft's most recent event that attracted local and state political leaders as well as cutting-edge technology companies.
Launched in 1997, Inflow has raised more than $225 million in private equity capital and currently employs more than 600 people. In addition to its 17 national IDCs, Inflow will launch its first international center in Dublin, Ireland, in March.
