Exult's Web-Enabled International Assignment Technology Services
Exult, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXLT), a provider of web-enabled, integrated services designed to manage the HR function for Global 500 corporations, and Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services firms, today announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance aimed at providing world class, cost-effective international assignment technology and consulting services to Exult's clients.
International assignment services are a critical component of the integrated HR services that Exult provides to its global client base. These services encompass the technology, process improvement, and policy and administrative support required by these organizations to effectively manage populations of employees on international assignment. Under the agreement, Exult will integrate Deloitte & Touche GlobalAdvantage into its web-enabled service delivery model to provide enhanced self-service capabilities to expatriates located around the world. Exult will also utilize Deloitte transition and implementation consultants to assist clients in migrating to Exult's expatriate service delivery approach.
Deloitte & Touche GlobalAdvantage is an advanced international assignment management system designed to streamline expatriate administration processes by incorporating all of the activities for managing international assignments. These processes include assignment planning, initiation and administration; budgeting and cost management; relocation and repatriation; payroll and remuneration; home and host country tax; reporting; and, tax servicing. GlobalAdvantage is a client server application that can be seamlessly integrated with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP and other applications in the human resources, finance & accounting and payroll area.
Exult will install and use Deloitte & Touche GlobalAdvantage in its four global Client Service Centers to deliver international assignment process management services under Exult client contracts that include these services in scope. Exult's four Client Service Centers are located in Houston, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; Glasgow, Scotland; and Pasadena, California.
