Experian Briefing to Feature B2B Direct Marketing Experts; DMB Conference is Location for First Briefing in Ongoing Series

Experian, a leading information solutions provider, will conduct an executive briefing on the topic of Data Driven Marketing and Sales, featuring business-to-business direct marketing expert John M. Coe, president of Database Marketing Associates Inc.
Roger H. Lisabeth, vice president and general manager of Experian's business information solutions unit, will also give a presentation.
The event is slated for Tuesday, March 13, 2001 at the San Francisco Hilton & Towers beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at approximately 4 p.m. with a question and answer session immediately following. Seats are limited for this first in a series of planned executive briefings. Lunch is included and one-to-one consultations with the briefing principals are also encouraged.
The briefing will address several topics critical to a company's success, including defining the new sales and marketing model, building a world-class database and organizing companies to maximize database marketing opportunities.
Other discussion topics will include profiling, targeting, segmentation, customer acquisition campaigns, retaining and growing a customer base, and achieving customer loyalty. A white paper on the topic of building a company's marketing and sales database will be distributed to attendees.
Coe is a frequent guest speaker for database and direct marketing associations, such as the Direct Marketing Association. He has also written numerous articles and white papers and is currently writing a book for NTC/McGraw Hill Publishing entitled "The Integration of Sales and Marketing." His company, Database Marketing Associates, is a marketing consulting, strategy, execution and training firm that focuses on customer acquisition, retention and loyalty programs.
He previously founded Integrated Target Marketing, a Chicago-based direct marketing agency. While with Rapp Collins Worldwide, he served as senior vice president, director of business marketing. Coe has also held senior management positions with BF Goodrich, Quaker Oats and IBM.
