SAP AG (NYSE:SAP) today announced that Brother International Corp. has selected mySAP.com(TM) as the e-business platform for its Americas operations.
Brother International will extend its SAP(TM) R/3(R) system with a suite of mySAP.com e-business solutions to streamline operating processes and information flow, including the mySAP(TM) Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) customer interaction center and marketing functionality to enhance customer service and sales.
Brother International is a leading manufacturer of fax, printers and multifunction products; SAP is the world's leading provider of e-business software solutions.
"Having an end-to-end technology infrastructure to link employees, customers and suppliers can significantly increase the operational, customer service and sales and marketing effectiveness of our business," said Dennis Upton, chief information officer, Brother International.
