Docent and Raytheon Professional Services Form Global Alliance

Docent, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCNT), a provider of eLearning and knowledge exchange technology, today announced that it has signed an Enterprise Solution Provider agreement with Raytheon Professional Services, a global performance improvement company.
Under the agreement, Raytheon Professional Services will incorporate Docent's eLearning solutions into the consulting and training services it offers to customers worldwide.
The alliance leverages Raytheon Professional Services' competency in helping companies design, develop and implement learning management systems in complex working environments. Docent offers an Internet-based platform, Docent Enterprise(TM), allowing companies to assess employee competence, create personalized programs for their employees, develop training content and deliver it on demand and relate performance to business goals. Docent's Application Service Program will bring all components of the eLearning system together in a hosted environment.
