DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2001
Creator of Click2Coach and E-Learning Network Provider
click2learn.com Partner; Offer Online Training and Coaching
for Entire Contact Center Industry
Envision Telephony, creators of the award-winning Click2Coach(TM) contact center software, today unveiled Click2Coach.net.
This industry-first, eLearning resource is a result of a co-branded effort between Envision Telephony and click2learn.com. Click2Coach.net is a Web site for contact centers that provides a customized catalogue of Web-based, contact center training and more than 65,000 titles of online training courses.
In a separate announcement, Envision Telephony also unveiled today its strategy to institute eLearning as an industry standard in the contact center through its integrated coaching solution.
Through Click2Coach.net, virtually anyone employed in the contact center industry can hone skills relevant to his or her role. Courses offered include telephone skills, customer service, etiquette and desktop applications among others. Click2Coach.net expands the possibilities in designing curriculums and training requirements by giving trainers and managers a dynamic source of continually updated eLearning programs.
"Providing coaching and training programs through Click2Coach.net is one more way that we provide tools to maximize an agent's effectiveness with customers. Supervisors can now integrate the vast resource of Click2Coach.net training materials into their coaching programs to ensure that their employees are empowered for success," said Rodney Kuhn, CEO of Envision Telephony.
Click2Coach.net will provide a new eLearning standard for all contact centers -- not just Click2Coach customers. Click2Coach.net is available to any contact center, regardless of its eLearning or quality monitoring software. However, contact centers using the Click2Coach solution will enjoy added benefits, such as personalized video training produced with Click2Coach and a company's existing training resources sent directly to the agent's desktop.
click2learn.com is a leading provider of total eLearning solutions to businesses, government, and educational institutions throughout the world, providing customers with both internal and outsourced e-Learning solutions.
"Until now, the specialized environment of the contact center has prevented eLearning from making inroads. With Click2Coach.net, Envision Telephony is providing a new way for agents to receive training despite the great demands on their time," said Kevin Oaks, CEO of click2learn.com. "click2learn.com is the largest training content aggregator in the world, and we are fully committed to deliver a comprehensive selection of eLearning programs. We feel that our involvement in Click2Coach.net will give the contact center industry a vast and constantly improving eLearning network."
Click2Coach.net is available beginning today at http://www.click2coach.net, and via a link on Envision Telephony's Web site, http://www.click2coach.com.
Click2Coach.net will make its debut at Envision Telephony's booth No.917 at Call Center & CRM Solutions Dallas Conference & Exposition from January 23 - 24, 2001. In addition, Rodney Kuhn will discuss "Training and Coaching for Maximum Productivity," from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. on January 23.
