New York Times Digital to Accept CNET'S New Advertising Formats

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2001

New York Times Digital, the Internet division of The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT), announced today that it will support CNET Network Inc.'s (Nasdaq: CNET) move to create new online advertising formats and begin accepting new advertising creative in larger size formats at NYTimes.com in the second quarter of this year.

New York Times Digital properties, including Boston.com GolfDigest.com and Abuzz, have already begun working with clients to develop new advertising opportunities, including e-mail and sponsorship programs.
