BT Syncordia Solutions And ClientLogic Join Forces to Lead the Way in e-CRM Services Across Europe

BT Syncordia Solutions and ClientLogic Corp. today announced a strategic alliance that will deliver managed, one-stop e-CRM (customer relationship management) solutions to businesses across Europe.
Under the terms of the agreement, BT Syncordia Solutions, the e-business and communications solutions unit within BT Ignite, and ClientLogic, a leading global provider of infrastructure and customer management solutions, will each deliver specific elements of the other's CRM activities.
ClientLogic will provide and manage Syncordia Solutions' UK-leading outsourced contact centre capabilities. Syncordia Solutions, one of the leading providers of managed and outsourced network and IT solutions in the UK, will deliver and manage the technology and network infrastructure at all of ClientLogic's European locations.
Additionally, Syncordia Solutions will adopt ClientLogic's outsourced customer contact, database marketing and fulfillment services into its service provision. This includes an industry-leading integrated desktop capability for customer care agents.
This alliance will extend Syncordia Solutions' European capability to deliver outsourced contact centre solutions as well as other e-CRM services across eight European countries, including Germany, France, Ireland and Southern Europe. The alliance will add four contact centres in the UK - Bristol, Derby, Dundee and Newcastle - to ClientLogic's current global portfolio. ClientLogic's overall agent capacity will increase by 1700 seats, while its worldwide facilities total will jump to 53.
