The Best Practices award program recognizes customers from around the world who are successfully using BMC Software solutions to manage their business-critical applications and to assure business availability for their clients. Each submission will be judged on critical success factors such as planning and evaluation process, implementation strategies, and results and achievements realized to date.

The winners will receive an all-expenses paid trip to the Learning Universe, including airfare, hotel and conference registration. During the conference Best Practices winners will be provided with the opportunity to present their achievements to fellow attendees. Winners will also receive a Best Practices Award and recognition in marketing collateral and press releases.
