National InterBank and InfoSpace Announce Agreement To Offer Private-Label Online Banking Services

National InterBank, the leading provider of private-label banking for financial institutions, Internet businesses and affinity groups, has entered into an agreement with InfoSpace, a leading global provider of cross-platform merchant and consumer infrastructure services on wireless, broadband, and narrowband platforms, to deliver branded banking centers for partners within the InfoSpace affiliate network.
National InterBank's private-label services for partners includes FDIC insured high interest checking, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts, a credit card center, a loan center, free on-line bill payment, account aggregation and the recently announced Internet Funds Transfer Service (IFTS). The initial deployment of the partnership launches this week with the Silicon Investor Banking Center. Silicon Investor (http://www.siliconinvestor.com), is a personal finance discussion and information platform powered by InfoSpace.

Under the agreement, InfoSpace will include National InterBank's online banking infrastructure as part of its platform of offerings to wireless and broadband partners.
