The show runs from 11am until 6pm on Thursday, February 15th at Landerhaven, 6111 Landerhaven Drive, in Mayfield, Ohio.

This special day includes free ACT!, Palm Pilot, QuickBooks, and Internet Training sponsored by Interact!, Cyber Accountants, Access Link, bright.net, & of course XYZ. All courses are open to the public and also count towards continuing education credits for Real Estate Agents and Public Accountants, as specified by the State of Ohio. XYZ will also show the latest SFA/CRM (Sales Force Automation & Customer Relationship Management) technologies from ACT!, GoldMine, SalesLogix, & TeleMagic. 3:30 - 5:30 - Quick Start to QuickBooks -- Featuring guest speaker CPA Michael Patriarca, of Cyber Accountants, Inc. Includes one hour of Q&A. Two credit hours apply towards continuing education.

3:30 - 5:30 - Flying with the Palm Pilot -- Featuring the training material used by Palm to train their own employees. This hot topic is taught by XYZ's own Mike "Coach" Kadlub. Two credit hours apply towards continuing education.
