SAP and RWD Announce Strategic Alliance for User Training and Support

Alliance Brings Customers Industry-Leading Expertise

for SAP(TM) Implementations

SAP America, Inc. today announced that it will begin providing change management, user training and support services to SAP customer companies through a strategic alliance with RWD Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:RWDT).

The alliance's new user training and support service offerings, which will be marketed as "SAP User Training and Performance Solutions...Powered by RWD," will complement the extensive project team training programs currently offered by SAP.

Together, SAP and RWD will deliver services geared toward user needs assessments and analysis, content creation, training rollout strategies, training delivery, change management and continuous improvement. The companies will combine methods, personnel, tools and their shared experience to provide customized, state-of-the-art solutions for SAP customers.

The alliance between SAP and RWD will result in training and support solutions available throughout the customers' life cycle of SAP(TM) technology usage. The change management services offered will help customers' employees readily adapt to the opportunities afforded by their companies' new or upgraded SAP implementations.
