Covansys' Web-To-Enterprise Integration (WEISM) Capabilities Will

Provide Internet Access To Members' Pension Account Data

Covansys (Nasdaq: CVNS), a global technology services provider, today announced that the Employees Retirement System of Rhode Island (ERSRI) has extended its Clarety Project with Covansys by including the implementation of Covansys' eClarety Internet functions, which will provide ERSRI members and retirees Web-enabled access to manage their personal retirement account information.

Clarety, Covansys' Public Retirement Fund systems framework, is designed to provide most of the operating functions necessary to manage a public retirement system, but can also easily be customized to meet the specific needs of any public retirement system. The eClarety Internet functions are newly developed features that will allow ERSRI to provide self-service offerings to members and retirees via the Internet.
