West Coast Bancorp Promotes Xandra T. McKeown to EVP Business Banking

West Coast Bancorp (Nasdaq:WCBO) today announced the promotion of Xandra T. McKeown to Executive Vice President of Business Banking for the Company.
McKeown joined West Coast Bank in November 2000 to develop the business banking sector and to manage all business banking and commercial real estate activities.
