When combined with BroadCloud's SURE connect(SM) platform, SURE exchange provides enterprise wireless initiatives with expanded reliability, security, and speed for wireless management of e-mail via Microsoft(R) Exchange(TM) and Microsoft Outlook(TM).

Utilizing highly efficient methods of data transfer to replace the slow and unreliable TCP protocol, SURE exchange makes wireless e-mail connections up to five times more reliable, 15 times faster and more secure while utilizing 75% less bandwidth.

SURE exchange is also seamless and transparent requiring no modifications to support Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) giving mobile professional more secure access to corporate data.

Now mobile workers can securely, reliably and quickly send and receive e-mails with large attachments, use advanced e-mail options such as filtering, and access data-intensive content from corporate applications and the Internet remotely via laptops or Pocket PCs.

SURE exchange is available in a client/server configuration for laptop and Pocket PC computers with service from any wireless packet data network including existing networks such as CDPD (Cellular Digital Packet Data) and future networks like GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), W-CDMA and other PCS data services.

SURE exchange client requirements include Microsoft Windows 95,98, 2000, NT or Millennium with dial-up networking capability and Microsoft Outlook 8.02 or later with Microsoft Exchange service and Microsoft Outlook 2000. Client systems must also have a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection or other remote access solution.

SURE exchange server requirements include Microsoft Windows NT server (SP4 or later), Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 workstation (SP4 or later), or Microsoft Windows 2000, Intel (or compatible) Pentium III 500 MHz or faster processor, 256 megabytes of RAM, 100 megabytes of free space, Java2 Runtime Environment (v1.3 or later), and BroadCloud's SURE connect Enterprise Server installed on a Local Area Network.
