Analog Devices, Inc. (NYSE: ADI), a leading semiconductor company, and Molecular, Inc., a leading Internet services firm, today announced a strategic alliance to develop Internet solutions for ADI and develop a long-term roadmap for Internet success.

With a relationship that has spanned six years and continues to grow and evolve, this alliance represents a formal commitment for the two companies to join forces in building high-quality Web solutions for customer-facing applications as well as streamlining internal business processes wherever possible.
