Indian Village Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

GNADENHUTTEN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 2001
Indian Village Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB:IDVB) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 31.
The dividend will be paid on or about August 21, 2001. In addition, the Board of Directors announced a one-time special cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 31. The special cash dividend will be paid on or about August 21, 2001.
Indian Village Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for Indian Village Community Bank, a state chartered savings bank, which operates from its main office in Gnadenhutten and a branch office in New Philadelphia.
