PeopleSoft to Embed IBM WebSphere into its Pure Internet Solutions; Agreement is Next Step in Expanding Global Strategic Alliance

PeopleSoft Inc. (NASDAQ: PSFT) today announced an agreement to embed the IBM (NYSE: IBM) WebSphere Application Server into its enterprise application suite. The PeopleSoft and IBM solution will be pre-integrated and will not require additional customer licenses, enabling rapid deployment of eBusiness infrastructures.
