One Voice Adds Seasoned Wireless Executive to Head Business Development Efforts; Jim Edson Brings Extensive Telecom Experience from QUALCOMM, Ericsson and Motorola

One Voice Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:ONEV), developer of Intelligent Voice(TM) solutions for wireless, telematics, TV/Internet appliances and PCs, is pleased to announce that Jim Edson will lead the company's worldwide business development efforts and will also serves as an advisor to the One Voice board of directors.

Edson brings over 20 years of high-tech business development, strategic planning and operations experience to One Voice. Most recently, Edson served as senior vice president of worldwide sales and global operations for Littlefeet Inc., a developer of wireless infrastructure products for GSM operators. Before joining Littlefeet, Edson led the business development, sales and business management efforts for both Ericsson and QUALCOMM's CDMA businesses in Latin America. Edson also brings extensive Japanese and Asian-Pacific business experience gained during lengthy expatriate assignments for Motorola's Cellular Infrastructure Group in both Tokyo and Manila.
