RecruitUSA Inc. (www.recruitusa.com) -- the industry leader in Internet Recruitment Optimization(TM) -- today announced its alliance with New York Times Digital, the Internet division of The New York Times Company. This alliance will enable RecruitUSA's clients and partners to post listings directly to Job Market (www.nytimes.com/jobmarket) and BostonWorks (www.bostonworks.com), the employment classified sections of NYTimes.com and Boston.com.

"Our customers have a great need for strong regional boards to focus their sourcing efforts. New York and Boston offer outstanding Web penetration and major market size. RecruitUSA is also fully integrated with many of the leading candidate management/applicant tracking systems including BrassRing, Lawson, PeopleSoft (NASDAQ:PSFT), RecruitSoft and VCG.
