1st National Bank of Arizona to Expand Locations Throughout Arizona

Raymond A. Lamb, chairman and chief executive officer of First National Bank of Nevada Holding Co., announced the merger and system integration of its two Arizona subsidiaries, 1st National Bank of Arizona and 1st Bank of Arizona, n.a.
The Arizona banks will now operate under the 1st National Bank of Arizona banner, providing the convenience of an expanded network of six freestanding branches and 13 in-store Wal-Mart locations in Arizona, with total assets in excess of $300 million.
First National Bank of Nevada Holding Co. is a privately held holding company. In addition to the Arizona operations, it owns the First National Bank of Nevada franchise with five freestanding branches and four in-store Wal-Mart locations in Nevada. Both the Arizona and Nevada banks serve similar customer bases in their respective communities.
