Comdial and Black Box Network Services Team Up to Provide Installation, Maintenance and Technical Support for Comdial's National Account Customers

Comdial Corporation (Nasdaq:CMDL) announced today that they have signed an agreement with Black Box Network Services. Under this agreement Black Box will provide comprehensive nationwide installation, maintenance and technical support for Comdial's National Account Customers.
